Renowned for its choice of distinctive, landmark buildings, Malmaison Belfast is no different. A Class A building is situated in the heart of the commercial district and a short walk from the busy high street.

Originally two warehouses, built in 1850 for rival seed merchants. A unique internal structure of oak board floors supported of a system of cast iron columns creates a spacious interior. Detailed stone carvings on the façade combine to make for an impressive building steeped in history.

Malmaison Belfast became number eight in the portfolio and opened its doors in November 2004. It is the most intimate of the hotels with just 62 rooms and 2 suites. Sniez Torbarina at Jestico and Whiles, Malmaison's interior designer, will create real drama and theatre in her own unique style with chic rooms and an exquisite top floor suite situated in the existing attic space.
