Filini restaurant and bar, part of the Radisson SAS Hotel, overlooks the focal point in The Gasworks - the water feature. The open fire and contemporary surroundings mean the dining experience can be as relaxed or formal as you like.

Filini is a modern Italian restaurant. You'll notice the stunning verdigris copper trim first, then the impressive lagoon, but not even this will prepare you for the refreshing simplicity and seductive style of the restaurant interior. The menu follows suit with antipasti, such as beef carpaccio, with rocket, truffle oil and lemon dressing. There's an erudite selection of smart pastas, risottos, and pizzas. Delicate desserts, a commendable cheese board of DOP Italian cheeses - and a fine list of Italian wines also give Filini the edge.

The restaurant and bar is the first establishment in Northern Ireland to serve Davidoff coffee.
